    Customer inquiry

    We will confirm the source document and translation language, genre and content, purpose, format (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), quantity (number of characters), delivery date and delivery format.

    * For faster consultation, please attach the finalized document/s or draft / sample.

    Quotation

    We will provide a quotation and delivery date based on the information provided in your inquiry.

    * We would appreciate it if you could specify your requirements for the translation and provide related reference materials (glossary, dictionary, literature, treatise, book, URL, etc.) in advance.

  • 03

    Order placement

    The contract becomes official when you place an order after confirming the quotation (including price and delivery date) and the conditions, etc.

    * If you need to exchange formal documents such as purchase orders or invoices, please let us know in advance.

    Translation and proofreading

    For each project, we provide a team consisting of a translator, a native checker and a proofreader to work together in providing

    Delivery

    We will deliver the translation in your desired format by the agreed-upon date and time.

    If you have any questions or concerns about the translation, our translation team will be happy to assist you. Follow-up services will be provided free of charge until you are satisfied.

    Payment

    We will send an invoice to you promptly after delivery. Please make a bank transfer to the account designated by us by the due date.
